Erik is an American!

It is a red, white and blue letter day -- just as a Spunky and Dee Treadway said! Erik became a citizen of the United States of America today...what an amazing ceremony. 2200 people from 130 nations became US citizens! The whole world really does want to come to America! And who can blame them?

Wesley, Mom, Johanna and I celebrated with Erik -- lunch at Brennan's, a tribute to our love of New Orleans and with lots of champagne!

We are truly blessed to have Erik as a citizen. God Bless us and God Bless America!

Yep! Wesley is singing God Bless America for all 2200 new citizens!
