Today was Go Texan Day in Houston...marking the start of the world's largest livestock show and rodeo, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. For pretty much the entire next month, most Houstonians will don their boots and hats -- everyone gets into the spirit! Wesley wore her favorite pink "cowboy princess" boots to school today!

Erik and Wesley...General Partners, Blackgold Capital Management
It has been a big month at the Dybesland Casa...Erik "retired" from Lehman Bros., after some great years, to found his own hedge fund with Adam Flikerski. The hedge fund is called Blackgold. It is exciting! Erik has also now experienced some of the perils...and joys of working from home! You always have "help"!
